If you wish to volunteer with Tiwala you can apply by in order to receive an application form. All volunteers are required to adhere to our child protection policy and carry a CRB (Criminal Records Bureau certificate) or an equivalent.
Volunteers will be given more specific information about our strategies relating to children and current projects they may be involved in once the application form has been received and processed.
Volunteers will have the opportunity to share their faith, knowledge and expertise with our beneficiaries and will thereby experience the blessing gained by giving of time and effort to the Lord's work.
Prayer is an integral part of this vision. We believe that through prayer we will gain wisdom and continue to understand God's leading regarding our plans. We welcome you to pray for our leaders, our children, our communities and our vision. Most importantly, our prayer is that God will be glorified in all that we do, as it's only through His grace that this vision will be brought to fruition.
Tiwala Kids & Communities is a small charity in its initial stages. We are planning for the long-term and therefore need funds to invest in property, buildings and utilities, as well as in resources for on-going support of the projects we establish for the benefit of the children and the communities where they live.
Tiwala plans to grow our own food, but will need additional funding on a regular monthly basis in order to fulfil all our plans.
